Darren Paul’s Biography
Born in Belfast in 1944, Darren Paul has always had a loving relationship with art. As a youth he remembers fondly art classes under the tutorage of Desmond Kinney and attending lectures delivered by Neil Shawcross at Belfast Technical College.
A full time professional artist, Darren Paul's skill lies in his technique of storytelling on canvas. His style is impressionistic and figurative. Location takes second place to his central purpose, that of capturing the moment, experience and mood of the time.

He is currently working towards a major exhibition for the European Parliament Building, Brussels to take place in 2003.
