How to buy a painting
Click on any “Add to Basket” link you see beside a painting you want to buy. This link will take you to PayPal, our secure payment partner. Here you will have the option to pay for this painting or continue shopping and add more paintings to your basket.
You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay for your painting, all you need is a valid credit/debit card. After completing your order you will be sent a confirmation email.
Total cost of your painting
The total cost of your painting is the price detailed beside the painting. This price includes worldwide shipping, packaging and insurance i.e. it is the total price to your door!
Our money back guarantee
Yes of course we do! If after buying your painting online you decide you do not want it, send it back to us within 14 days and we will credit you with a full refund minus the cost to us for sending it to you.
How to pay for a painting by cheque
Choose the painting you would like to buy and contact us so we can reserve it for you. Then send us a stirling cheque for the amount owed and once the cheque has cleared we will dispatch your painting. Simple as that.

How we send your painting to you
We ship paintings worldwide via insured carrier, usually Royal Mail's Parcelforce. Robust packaging is used so your painting will arrive with you in perfect condition. However if it does arrive damaged we will arrange for it to be collected at no extra cost to you. You will then have the choice to either have the painting repaired or we will make a full refund.
Collecting your painting from the White Image Gallery
You can collect your painting form our “bricks and mortar” gallery. Get our gallery address, directions and opening times.
Framing of paintings
Paintings collected from the gallery will be framed, but paintings that are shipped will be unframed.
When to expect the delivery of your painting
Delivery is normally within 2 working days after dispatch to UK and Ireland addresses. Orders dispatched internationally usually take 5-6 working days after dispatch. We aim to dispatch your artwork within 2 working days from when you place your order.
How to cancel an order
To change or cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched then we can cancel it without any cost to you, but if your order has been dispatched then send it back using our Money Back Guarantee.
Arranging a commission
Some of the artists we deal with can do commisssions for us. Please contact us if you would like to commission an artist to paint a piece for you.
How to sell a painting on White Image
If you have a painting you would like to sell on White Image then please email us some photos along with details of the work i.e. artist, painting size etc. We will then get back to you if we feel we can sell the work. We do not provide a valuation service.
How to exhibit with White Image
We are always on the look out for exciting new artists. If you feel you would like to exhibit with us then get in touch and send us photos of your work. We will then get back to you if we feel we can sell your work.
