		<description><![CDATA[Just got this fantastic watercolour in by artist Frank Egginton.  He spent quite a bit of time in County Down in the fifties and this was probably when this piece was painted.  It is a full imperial size watercolour of The Mournes from near Ballykinler, beautifully executed and in great condition.
