Peter Brown’s Biography
Peter was born in 1967 and gained a BA(Hons) in Fine Art at Manchester after a foundation year at Bath. It is in Bath that he has made his home and it was with paintings and drawings of the city that he first made his name.
Peter has already won a considerable number of awards for drawings, pastels and oil paintings; last year he was awarded the Arts Club Prize at the Pastel Society. He shows regularly in the Hunting Prize and Laing Art competitions. He is a member of the New English Art Club, the Pastel Society and the R.O.I.
